Exchange Policy

  • We do not accept product returns.
  • We only offer product exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.

Exchanges are only applicable in cases of

  • Damaged products received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

Process for Exchange

  • Contact our support team within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Perishable snack items
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Any item reported after the 15-day exchange window

Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product for exchange unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement product.
